How do I measure my windows?
Blinds are measured according to how they are going to be mounted. Your blinds will either be mounted inside your window frame or on the outside on your molding or on your wall. Click here for more information on how to measure.    back to top
 
After my order is placed, how long will it take to receive it?
Once your order has been placed, there is a 48-hour grace period during which time you can make any necessary adjustments. Most blinds take three to five days to manufacture, at which point they will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Overall, our estimated arrival time is within 10 to 14 business days from the time your order is placed.    back to top
 
Do you offer samples, and how long does it take to receive them?
Samples of our in-house products can be requested over our sales line or by e-mail. Samples generally take about a week to receive.    back to top
 
What kind of warranty do you offer?

Do you charge tax, and are there additional charges for shipping?
There is no sales tax on any order that we ship outside of the State of Florida. Shipments within Florida require a 7% sales tax. We ship within the continental United States via UPS, straight to your door and at no cost to you. For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please call our sales representative for shipping costs. Regarding some oversized packages shipped within the continental United States that cannot be sent via UPS (for example, sizes over 106 inches), please note that there may or may not be a surcharge depending on the individual manufacturer. Please call our sales representative to inquire if a surcharge will apply to your order.    back to top
 
What is the difference between your brand and other major manufacturers?
