Ground shipping is FREE in the continental US on all blinds and shades that do not exceed 90" for any dimension. If any one item in your order has a length or width of 90" or greater there is an $80 surcharge for the order, regardless of the number of blinds in the order.

When you buy custom blinds or shades, we will make every effort to ship your order no later than Ten (10) business days after the day you place your order. Sample swatches are shipped the very next business day so you can verify your color before you place your order. Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not made until you order them. The time it takes to make a window treatment varies across all manufacturers and products.

Due to the fact that all of the window treatments will be custom made to your specifications, they can not be returned for any reason except warranty repair. Changes or cancellations are not possible once production has begun.

There are measuring insturctions for you to follow for a correct measure. If you follow the instructions your blinds will fit properly. If a mistake is made in ordering your blinds, please call our customer care center for assistance. We will do our best to try to help solve your issue, most times we can offer a re-make at a discounted price.
